Humane Kitchen is an industry-driven platform working to build a more humane and sustainable restaurant culture.
Rooted in the pillars of Grow, Heal, and Move, we create space for honest conversations, support mental and physical well-being, and help shift hospitality culture from the inside out.

We collaborate with restaurants, individuals, brands, and organizations to scale initiatives that prioritize people over profit—and build safer, more sustainable kitchens for the long run.

We are an organization working to humanize the hospitality industry through bold, transformative tools that spark cultural change.

Founded by industry workers, we challenge outdated norms and ignite change in the hospitality industry with human-centered movements like The 86 Challenge, storytelling platforms like Humans of the Kitchen, and business support with our partners.

Our mission is not just to provide care, but to ignite culture shifts by empowering the humans who power the industry.
